What is The Executive Centre?
The Executive Centre is Asia-Pacific’s leading serviced office network, providing office facilities with administrative and secretarial services as well as meeting rooms, virtual offices, etc. The first business center was opened in 1994 in Hong Kong by our current CEO, Mr. Paul Salnikow, and it has now expanded to 32 centers throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Basically, we are the number one office outsourcing organization in the region, supporting our clients by enabling them to be more flexible, cost effective, and productive while reducing risks and liabilities of long-term lease agreements, interior fit-out costs and staff management issues.
How successful is TEC in Korea and how does TEC different from other competitors?
The Executive Centre in Korea is the first and most successful international business center in Korea. Currently, The Executive Centre is located in the most prestigious and modern buildings in Korea, the Seoul Finance Center and the Gangnam Finance Center (formerly Star Tower). TEC probably is the only company located in the top two buildings in Korea.
The biggest difference between TEC and our competitors is that not only do we believe that we can succeed only when our clients succeed, but we are the only organization positioned to do so. This is due to the fact that we are in many ways a medium between Korea and the international markets. Our organization is not too large so that we are able to accommodate many of our clients needs. Nor, are we too small so that we lack the resources to adapt. We are an international organization with a local team. And every decision, strategy and service is determined by our focus on our clients.
Consequently, our client list consists of many of the world’s top multinational corporations, leaders in industries such as finance, real estate, services, insurance as well as government affiliated agencies. The Executive Centre believes in the new global competitive business environment, every advantage in location, facilities, IT, services and experience is necessary to succeed. And that is what we offer our clients.
What is your assessment and future plans for the Korean market?
Korea is the 11th largest economy in the world and the third largest in Asia. Korea is a key market to all multinational corporations including TEC. We plan on maintaining our dominance in the market by leading in location, service and growth. If opportunity and demand requires we see many more TECs in Korea in the next few years.
